VINSAK ROLL LIFTER (VRL-S-200)
- VINSAK VRL-S-200 is a portable Roll lifter, Swivel with core gripper which provides core gripping, lifting, turning, & transportation aid for loads up to 200kg.
- The VRL-S-200 is equipped with a safety brake for loading, unloading and transporting the rolls safely.
- Reduces manual labour
- Reduce paper damage on top layer.
Operating Procedure
- Gripping the vertical roll using core gripper & lever.
- Lifting with winch & positioning the roll by turning handle.
- Setting the roll at desired height using manual winch.
- Ungripping and releasing the roll at desired location.
VINSAK VRL-S-200 is equipped with safety locks on the rear wheels, which are to be used to hold the cart in place once in desired position and as a safety feature to keep the cart from rolling while in the stationary position. To operate, simply press handle
down and snap into place to activate brake, and lift to de-activate brake. The roll lifter can be rotated over 360ยบ for precise alignment.
