Vicount 3 D is part of Vacuumatic’s latest generation of single-head paper counting machines for the Security and Commercial Printing industries. The Vacuumatic Vicount 3 D is the benchmark for accurate, efficient paper counting and batching. Disc counting technology was introduced to the last generation Vicount 2 from our high speed security paper counting range and developed to allow tab insertion. Our latest developments have resulted in a High Speed Disc version with counting of up to 10,000 sheets per minute using a new 10 port Disc. Tab Insertion is not possible using the High Speed Disc, however the machine can be purchased with both 5 & 10 port Discs our internal software will know what Disc is fitted to the machine and change the options for speed and Tab Insertion automatically. With the High Speed Disc we have also introduced another option that allows for packs of 100 notes to be counted very quickly, The 100 note adaptor clips quickly and easily into the machine making the Vicount 3 D without doubt the most flexible paper counting machine on the market..
