VINSAK, the exclusive distributor of Lombardi presses in the Region, has announced the installation of a new Lombardi Synchroline press at MOLD-TEK Packaging Limited in Hyderabad, India.

Hyderabad based Mold-Tek Packaging Limited, leading manufacturers of injection molded containers for lubes, paints, food and other products has bought the first of the three Synchroline 530 9-color Fully servo UV flexo press. The multi-substrate press is equipped with movable cold foil, chiller, two die-cutting stations, slitter, turn bar, relam, delam, sheeter, conveyor and lamination.
Mold-Tek Packaging introduced the concept of IML packaging in India and they are the first company to have completely integrated facilities ranging from label printing and mold adaptations to make in-house robots. This investment further strengthens their in-mold packaging division.
We bought Lombardi Synchroline- 530 9C: A pioneer of High-Quality flexo printing machine at Mold-Tek Packaging Limited (MTPL) uses this versatile technology to print on a wide range of substrates whether it is a wafer-thin film extrusion (as thin as 12 microns) or a thick board for folding cartons (up to 450gsm). With the capability of printing up to 9 colors in one pass and additional 9 colors in repass, reverse printing, dual press passes the possibilities are virtually endless. It offers a solution to all label and packaging needs.
Dealing with VINSAK: VINSAK has been highly supportive and instrumental in helping us to finalize on the Synchroline Flexo machine and then install and begin production even during the times of the Pandemic (Covid-19).
Future Plans: Our future plans is cater the Shrink sleeves segment and also to exploit the board printing capabilities on the Synchroline.
